1. Appointment Confirmation:

A confirmation email/text will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please call the salon with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your service.
2. Card on File:

To secure your appointment slot, a valid credit card must be kept on file. By putting your card on file, you accept that in the case of a no show your card will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service fee.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show, as detailed in our no-show policy.
3. Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a no-show fee, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy:

A “no-show” is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
When an appointment is no-showed, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will be charged to the credit card on file.
5. Fee Collection:

No-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file or must be settled before scheduling future appointments.
6. Exceptions:

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies and unavoidable circumstances. Please contact us promptly in such cases.
7. Late Arrivals:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, at our discretion.
